What is ICREA's role with respect to the Global New Home Resorts portal?
The Global New Home Resorts portal is one of the products that ICREA has created to serve its members. Its purpose is to help advertise broker assisted new development/resort properties for sale around the world. This market segment is growing rapidly and the international clientele for these properties is buying in increasing speeds and quantities around the world. In order to provide global exposure for these new developments/resort properties and to secure a greater role for real estate agents in their marketing and sales, ICREA has set up a Global New Home Resorts portal (GNHR) on Worldproperties.com.

Because only ICREA-affiliated brokers and agents can represent the developments on this site, they can be confident that their transaction will be handled with the utmost professionalism and care
Buyer brokers may use the site on behalf of their clients, reaching out the to the listing agent through the contact forms provided on the individual property configuration pages associated with each community

Referring brokers may use the site on behalf of their clients, reaching out the to the listing agent through the contact forms provided on the individual property configuration pages associated with each community
Only brokers and agents who belong to one of the Member Associations can represent builders/developers on WorldProperties.com. Participating builder/developers do not need to be based in an ICREA-member country as long as they are represented by an ICREA-affiliated broker or agent.
